At Vneeds, customer satisfaction is important to us. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds, returns, cancellations, and service-related refunds are handled.
Products are eligible for return if:
The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect
The request is raised within [7] days of delivery
The product is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags (if applicable)
Certain items may be non-returnable, including:
Perishable goods
Customized or made-to-order items
Digital products
Hygiene or personal care products (once opened)
Non-returnable items will be clearly mentioned on the product page.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
Orders can be cancelled before shipment for a full refund.
If the order has already been shipped, cancellation is not possible, but you may request a return after delivery (subject to eligibility).
Service cancellations made 24 hours before the scheduled time may be eligible for a full or partial refund.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the service may not be eligible for a refund.
If a service is cancelled by us due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund or rescheduling option will be provided.
